Old Lands is a historic, family run estate managed by an ecologist who was born there. Since 2008, the southern land has been farmed agroecologically to re establish the biodiversity lost due to intensification in the preceding decades. There’s a cluster of regenerative farms run by new entrant farmers, and a freshly dug Natural Flood Management rewetting project.
